The Second Dig

The first discovery was only the beginning.

When a second excavation uncovers fresh evidence beneath the quiet fields of Bohol, Peter and those closest to him realise the mystery they believed solved has only grown more dangerous.

Old documents, forgotten witnesses and hidden connections begin to reveal a story reaching far beyond a single grave. As the investigation widens, so too does the list of people determined to keep the past hidden.

Every discovery carries a cost. Every answer raises another question.

Blending historical mystery with modern suspense, The Second Dig explores how the smallest forgotten detail can expose generations of deception—and how some secrets remain buried only until the right person starts digging.

Sometimes the past needs to be uncovered twice before the truth finally emerges.
